Saeed Tellawi

Saeed Tellawi is an attorney and real estate broker representing business owners and commercial real estate investors in complex, high-value transactions since 2007.

His practice focuses on business and real estate acquisitions, entity formation, capital transactions, and strategic counsel for closely held businesses and investors.

Saeed started his first company at age eighteen and has been self-employed since. That experience has shaped a practical, business-minded approach grounded not only in legal analysis, but also in an understanding of risk, opportunity, negotiation, and the realities of ownership.

Drawing on his own entrepreneurial experience and the lessons gained from advising clients across a range of industries, Saeed helps business owners and investors structure transactions, protect what they have built, and make confident decisions about what comes next.

Saeed Tellawi is consistently recognized as a Top Lawyer by publications including Houstonia Magazine and H Texas Magazine, based on nominations from his peers in the legal community.  He has also served as a mentor at the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston.  In 2015, Amaral Tellawi Law was named a finalist for Texas Family Business of the Year at Baylor University’s Institute for Family Business.
